For currently enrolled, or waitlisted YPCE families, all future enrollments MUST occur through our Parent Portal. If you go through the links on our website, you will not be able to complete the package, and it will direct you to log into the portal and register there.

In order to access the Parent Portal please click below

You should have received your Portal Credentials on Monday, February 26th, or when you completed the online enrollment process. If you are unsure of your username or password, please use the Password Reminder on the bottom of the page.

Once logged in using your username and password, please select “Registration” from the top bar.

In the “Registration” tab, you will see all available programs within York Region and Simcoe County.

Use the drop down menu to select your preferred location.

Once you have selected the correct location, you will have all available programs at that location listed below.

Once you have selected your program, you will need to select the correct child

If you have another child, not listed on this screen, you will need to exit out of this screen and use the “Personal” tab to “Add New Student” where you would add an additional child to your household, then they will be available to select on the “Registration” screen.

Follow through the steps, answering every question. Once that is completed you will get an email confirming that the supervisor of that program has received your enrollment package. Please be advised, with the transition to the new software, they are working very quickly, but confirmations may be delayed due to the overwhelming number of requests.

While in the Personal Tab – please ensure that you have TWO Additional Emergency Contacts Listed, if you don’t have two contacts, please add an additional contact, or contact your program supervisor to assist you in adding this contact.

If you do not have two contacts listed, you can’t use the parent portal to register and may see this screen.

If you encounter any challenges in the process, please contact your program supervisor.
